Italmatch Chemicals completed the acquisition of Aubin Group from BGF.

Italmatch Chemicals, a manufacturer and distributor of phosphorus-based additives, completed the acquisition of Aubin Group, a designer and manufacturer of specialist chemicals and chemistry-related technology, from BGF, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further strengthens Italmatch Chemicals’ position in the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors of key strategic markets such as the Middle East, the USA, and the North Sea. Additionally, the operation will also expand Italmatch Chemicals’ product portfolio with new sustainable solutions, consistent with its ESG strategy.
