Vertafore and Roper Technologies completed the acquisition of MGA Systems from Polaris Partners.

Vertafore, a modern insurance technology firm, and Roper Technologies, an American diversified industrial company, completed the acquisition of MGA Systems from Polaris Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
