Afendis Capital Management completed the acquisition of Cerealto Siro Foods.

Private equity firms Afendis Capital Management and Davidson Kempner completed the acquisition of Cerealto Siro Foods, a global food manufacturer of private label products, supplying major retailers and multinational companies in the B2B sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today, we are opening a new chapter at Cerealto Siro Foods that ensures the continuity of the business, which has been our priority all along.
