Samsung completed the acquisition of Cynora for $300m.

Samsung, a producer of electronic devices, completed the acquisition of Cynora, a display company, for $300m. As part of the deal, Samsung acquired Cynora’s intellectual property and technology but not its engineers. The Bruchsal, Germany-based company terminated its workforce in recent weeks as part of the transaction.
