Bain Capital Credit and Pacific Lake Partners to invest in Darcy Partners.

Bain Capital Credit, an investment company, and Pacific Lake Partners, an investment management company, agreed to invest in Darcy Partners, a provider of technology and market intelligence service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The launch of Darcy Connect was an inflection point for our customers and our employees.
