Carta completed the acquisition of Vauban Technology.

Carta, a San Francisco-based fintech startup, completed the merger with Vauban Technology, an online platform that helps investors. Financial terms were not disclosed. As a part of the acquisition, Vauban’s team will join Carta, says the company. It will also result in the integration of Vauban’s fund establishment platform into the existing Carta business offering.
