Toyota Financial Services completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Alcredis Finance from Louwman.

Toyota Financial Services, a financing solutions provider, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Alcredis Finance, a financial services provider, from Louwman, an automotive distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The unique relationship with Toyota goes back to 1964, the year in which we became the official importer in the Netherlands. Since then, mutual respect has grown every year, with the latest confirmation of the now-announced partnership. In this way we are transforming from an automotive to a mobility company. Together with our dealer partners, we want to set the tone," Eric Louwman, Louwman Group President.
