Sycamore Partners completed the acquisition of Goddard Systems from Wind River Holdings for £906m.

Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Goddard Systems, an operator of childcare schools, from Wind River Holdings, a privately owned investment company, for £906m. "Goddard Systems is the leading brand in the large and growing market for premium early childcare and education.
