GEF Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Lifecycle Renewables from WindSail Capital.

GEF Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Lifecycle Renewables, a provider of renewable heating oil, from WindSail Capital, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with GEF Capital in this next phase of development for Lifecycle Renewables.
