Konstel, a provider of electrical installation and service supplier, completed the acquisition of Nopek Elektro, a provider of electrical installation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Konstel's business model is to gather skilled local electrical contractors in a larger group and offer value-creating central services, so that the already strong local electrical contractor can be even better.
