Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, a community of veterinary hospitals, completed the acquisition of Vet's Best Friend, a veterinary group, from Revelstoke Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of VBF represents a major milestone for Rarebreed and the veterinary community.
