ForFarmers and 2Agriculture to form a joint venture.

ForFarmers, an international feed company, and 2Agriculture, a subsidiary of Boparan and one of the UK's largest suppliers of poultry feed, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. The joint venture will have a balanced feed portfolio across species, with an expected combined sales volume of more than 3m tonnes of compound feed per year. At the same time the joint venture makes for a robust business, with improved expertise and presence across species, to successfully meet the changing demands from the entire value chain.
