Monte Rosa-backed ODLO completed the acquisition of Henri-Lloyd.

Monte Rosa-backed ODLO, a provider of sporting and recreation goods, completed the acquisition of Henri-Lloyd, an iconic British sailing brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about including Henri-Lloyd into our family of brands. It is an iconic brand with a proud history. Together with ODLO we aspire to further expand its product range and geographic footprint," Hugo Maurstad, ODLO Chairman of the Board.
