Advanced Info Service, a mobile phone operator, completed the acquisition of Triple T Broadband, an internet provider, from Jasmine International, a broadband service provider, for $552m. “This acquisition will enhance consumer access to broader and better quality of service by improving broadband inclusion in new areas targeting the upcountry and non-city areas.
