EMZ partners completed a minority investment in Ayming Group from Barings.

EMZ partners, a private equity firm, completed a minority investment in Ayming Group, a business management consulting firm, from Barings, an investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Ayming Group announced that the management team, led by its Chairman, Hervé Amar, and its Managing Director, Denis Blanc, and accompanied by the investment fund EMZ, will ensure the exit of the historical shareholders of the Ayming Group, Barings and M&G.
