Univerus completed the acquisition of Baragar Systems.

Univerus, a family of innovative technology brands, including fieldGO, MAIS, C2Logix, Compliance Science, SmartGridCIS and Energy Hippo completed the acquisition of Baragar Systems, a family-run organization that specializes in customized planning software for school districts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Being able to work with a software and service provider of Baragar’s caliber is really exciting for us. We’ve already been able to identify lots of opportunities for collaboration with our existing business units, so I’m confident that Baragar will expand their customer base quickly following the acquisition,” Brad Atchison, Univerus CEO.
