Vitec Software to acquire ABS Laundry Business Solutions for $103m.

Vitec Software, a provider of vertical market software in the Nordic region, agreed to acquire ABS Laundry Business Solutions, a software company, for $103m. “Vitec has a strong position and holds broad expertise in vertical software. For us, it is crucial to have a long-term owner who is committed to the continued development of the company.
