Total Specific Solutions, a provider of software solutions for the oil and gas vertical, completed the acquisition of subsurface software business from Lloyd’s Register, a provider of professional services for engineering and technology in the maritime sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased that Subsurface, with its two dedicated software solutions for well management, has joined TSS.
