Verdino Green Foods, a manufacturer of plant-based meat alternatives food products, agreed to acquire the brands Unfished and Green Course from Prefera Foods, a producer of processed food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Consolidating the plant based product portfolio is a priority for us, which is why we took a step forward in the category of vegan fish and ready meals.
