Centrum Medyczne Enel-Med, a health care provider, completed the acquisition of Dental Nobile Clinic, a dental facility basen in Poland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Group's strategy takes into account the currently strong trend of consolidating private medical services, and the company has the appropriate base and know-how to become a consolidator in the field of dentistry. By combining the acquisition with green field projects, we plan to significantly increase the number of dental surgeries throughout the country within two years.
