Sixth Street Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in real estate firms Vía Célere and Dospuntos Asset Management from Marathon Asset Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sixth Street’s London-based European real estate team partners with property managers and institutional investors to acquire, finance, and provide servicing expertise for assets and businesses across the real estate sector, including office, residential, logistics, retail and hospitality.
