General Electric completed the acquisition of Nexus Controls from Baker Hughes.

General Electric, a business conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Nexus Controls, an automation machinery manufacturer, from Baker Hughes, an energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Controls are vital for our customers operating in today’s dynamic, competitive energy environment and the integration of Nexus Controls into our existing offerings will help improve our customers’ experience throughout the lifecycle of their plant.
