Sirio Pharma, a nutraceutical contract development and manufacturing organization, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Best Formulations, a manufacturer and retailer of dietary supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our entire team is very excited to join the Sirio family in a shared mission of providing our customers with world-class service and innovative products.
