Nano Dimension, a firm engaged in research and development of a three-dimensional printer that prints electronic circuit boards, agreed to acquire Formatec, a manufacturer of ceramics products in the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The teams across Admatec and Formatec are excited to become a part of Nano Dimension.
