MidOcean Partners completed the acquisition of Pragmatic Institute from Renovus Capital Partners.

MidOcean Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pragmatic Institute, a provider of professional trainings, from Renovus Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
