ND Graphics, a distributor of paints and screenprinting supplier, completed the acquisition of Protective Packaging, a distributor of general purpose and specialty protective films. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Protective Packaging has been a long-standing supplier of premask tape to ND Graphics so the relationship and understanding of each other’s businesses goes back many years.
