Clearhaven Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SundaySky for $100m.

Clearhaven Partners, a middle-market private equity investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SundaySky, a software-as-a-service platform for efficient video creation and personalization at scale, for $100m. “This partnership marks the start of an exciting new chapter at SundaySky.
