Olives & Co to acquire Ansolive from ARC Food Invest.

Olives & Co, a French holding company specialized in the production and distribution of cooked food products with a southern flavour, agreed to acquire Ansolive, an olives and Mediterranean products producer, from ARC Food Invest, a food investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
