Adelis to acquire Avidly for $33m.

Adelis, a private equity firm, offered to acquire Avidly, a provider of marketing services in Finland, for $33m. The offer period is expected to commence on or about July 25, 2022 and to expire on or about September 2, 2022, unless extended or discontinued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer and applicable laws. Completion is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2022.
