Latour Capital and Bpifrance to acquire Hygie31 from Five Arrows.

Latour Capital, a private equity firm, and Bpifrance, an investment bank, agreed to acquire Hygie31, a health and wellness company, from Five Arrows, the corporate private equity business of Rothschild. Fnancial terms were not disclosed. "From the very beginning, we have been impressed with the quality of the management team and its strategic vision, that has been able to turn Hygie31 into a leader in its market in France and a pioneer in Europe.
