AGC, an international glass manufacturing group, agreed to acquire the remaining 49% stake in Interpane, a glass manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this operation we acquired a position in several very successful businesses and, above all, a great team that brings great energy and an entrepreneurial spirit to our company," confirms Davide Cappellino, AGEA President.
