Asterion to acquire an 80% stake in Granahan McCourt-backed NBI from Oak Hill and Twin Point Capital.

Asterion, a pan European long term infrastructure investment manager, agreed to acquire an 80% stake in Granahan McCourt-backed National Broadband Ireland, a firm engaged in the development of high-speed fibre broadband network for rural Ireland, from investment firms Oak Hill and Twin Point Capital.
