Sun Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Andersen Commercial Plumbing from Seaside Equity Partners.

Sun Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Andersen Commercial Plumbing, a provider of commercial plumbing solutions, from Seaside Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “When evaluating potential partners that could help us optimize and execute our growth plan, we looked at a number of factors, including a history of working with services businesses, a strong track record with founder-owned companies, and a reputation for hands-on operational expertise.
