Groupe Touchette completed the acquisition of NTD from ATD.

Groupe Touchette, a Canadian tire distributor, completed the acquisition of National Tire Distributors, a Canada-based foremost tire, wheel, and accessory distribution company, from American Tire Distributors, an independent supplier of tires.
