Circles Global, a technology firm in the telco industry with operations, and Channel Ventures Group, a media production company, completed the acquisition of Pareteum, a global cloud communications platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Pareteum was founded on similar principles to Circles Global: 'Bringing power back to customers globally.'
