Perwyn-backed Miss Group, a provider of web hosting services, completed the acquisition of Web4U, a provider of information technology services intended for the public sector and small and medium-sized enterprises market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the entrance of Miss Group, Web4U gains an excellent and strong partner who is not planning a revolution in the company, but rather its evolution.
