KKR-backed GeneraLife, a fertility clinics group, completed the acquisition of Livio, a fertility treatment services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the union of the other 9 Livio IVF centers, the group will not only strengthen its positioning in Sweden but will now also be present in Norway and Iceland.
