Superior Grocers completed the acquisition of Numero Uno.

Superior Grocers, a grocery retailer, completed the acquisition of Numero Uno, an independent chain of 22 Hispanic retail grocery stores. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the Numero Uno team and its customers to our company.
