Veritas-backed MiraMed Global Services completed the acquisition of Coronis Health from 424 Capital.

Veritas-backed MiraMed Global Services, a provider of business process outsourcing solutions, completed the acquisition of Coronis Health, a medical billing service company, from 424 Capital, a private equity firm.
