Innovo and Solarfields formed a joint venture.

Innovo, a fully integrated renewable energy platform, and Solarfields, an Italian engineering company, formed a joint venture to develop a pipeline of more than 300 solar PV schemes and at least two energy storage projects in Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Innovo holds a 51% stake in the JV, with Solarfields owning the remaining 49%. Solarfields serves as developer for the pipeline projects. The initial pipeline includes 18 photovoltaic projects under development in Sardinia, with a total capacity of approximately 83 MW, as well as two storage plants in Sicily with a total capacity of 100 MW.
