Mill Point Capital-backed International Designs Group, an architect and home building firm, completed the acquisition of Construction Resources, a home building materials and appliances supplier, from Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The evolution of Construction Resources under our partnership has been remarkable. We are exceptionally proud of the management team and their accomplishments.
