Mill Point Capital-backed International Designs Group completed the acquisition of Construction Resources from Monomoy Capital Partners.

Mill Point Capital-backed International Designs Group, an architect and home building firm, completed the acquisition of Construction Resources, a home building materials and appliances supplier, from Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The evolution of Construction Resources under our partnership has been remarkable. We are exceptionally proud of the management team and their accomplishments. The team was resilient and persistent throughout our ownership," Lee Mlotek, Monomoy Managing Director.
