YKONE, an influencer marketing company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in COVER Communications, a marketing agency company. Financial statements were not disclosed. “YKONE opened in Berlin in 2015 and this is when I met Anne, whom I have been lucky to work with on multiple occasions.
