Arcadis to acquire IBI Group for $650m.

Arcadis, a design, engineering and management consulting company, agreed to acquire IBI Group, a technology-driven design firm, for $650m. “The acquisition of IBI Group marks a significant milestone in the implementation of Arcadis’ business strategy.
