Mill Rock Capital completed the acquisition of Impressions Incorporated.

Mill Rock Capital, a growth and operations oriented private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Impressions Incorporated, a specialty packaging and printing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining forces with Impressions is an exciting development for the clients, suppliers and associates of both organizations.
