EnCap-backed Momentum Midstream completed the East Texas pipeline assets of ArcLight Capital-backed Midcoast Energy for $1.3bn.

EnCap-backed Momentum Midstream, a Texan midstream energy company, completed the acquisition of the East Texas pipeline assets of ArcLight Capital-backed Midcoast Energy, a provider of midstream services, for $1.3bn. "The East Texas Business plays an important role providing domestic and international markets access to clean, affordable, and reliable energy resources produced in the Haynesville.
