Italmobiliare completed the acquisition of SIDI Sport.

Italmobiliare, a financial holding company, completed the acquisition of SIDI Sport, a manufacturer of protective wear for sports such as motorcycling and cycling. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this new operation, Italmobiliare expands its presence in the sports and outdoor market, in a sector characterized by a high growth rate and with further development potential. The decision to invest in SIDI it is supported by the value of an appreciated and winning brand, by production efficiency and by the potential for the company's future.
