Embraer and BAE Systems to form a joint venture.

Embraer, an aerospace company, and BAE Systems, a security, and aerospace company, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Teams from BAE Systems and Embraer will continue working together to explore how the aircraft, designed for the urban mobility market, can provide cost-effective, sustainable, and adaptable capability as a defense variant,” Jackson Schneider, Embraer Defense & Security President and CEO.
