PSG completed an investment in Fidelity Payment Services.

Providence Strategic Growth, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Fidelity Payment Services, a financial services company, with participation from HIG Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Given PSG’s experience in payments, we recognized Fidelity Payment Services immediately as one of the few providers with a robust proprietary technology platform, putting the company in a unique position to address the complex needs of merchants and ISVs,” Marco Ferrari, PSG Managing Director.
