Bloomberg, a financial, software, data, and media company, completed the acquisition of a 14.56% stake in Insightful Technology, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The focus of the Bloomberg Compliance Solutions team remains on innovation and growth of our offerings and Soteria is a natural complement to Bloomberg Vault for e-communications archival and the real-time Bloomberg Surveillance offering.
