NPX Capital-backed Terapin Studios, a company which brings entertainment through multiple mediums including webtoons, games, music, streaming, completed the acquisition of Toomics, a Korean webtoon platform, for $160m. “Toomics is a leading player that represents Korea’s growth in digital entertainment.
